The luxury clipper cruise ship Star Flyer, operated by Star Clippers, has wrapped up its spring season with a voyage to Egyptian ports. During the trip, the vessel called at Alexandria, Port Said, and Safaga through Gulf Agency (Egypt), carrying 103 passengers from various nationalities.
During the visit, passengers took part in guided excursions to some of Egypt’s most famous landmarks, discovering the history and culture of Cairo, Alexandria, Port Said, and Luxor.
Measuring 115 metres in length, the Star Flyer blends the classic design of a 19th-century clipper with the comfort and amenities of a modern luxury yacht. Her towering sails, wide-open decks, and spacious suites provide guests with a distinctive cruising experience that combines adventure, history, and comfort.
Star Clippers has remained a committed partner of Egypt’s cruise tourism industry, consistently including Egyptian ports in its itineraries over the years, even during periods of regional uncertainty.
Egyptian ports are now preparing to welcome more cruise ships as the next cruise seasons get underway.
